As a Business Controller with BI-Fokus (m/w/d), you play a central role in the operational controlling of a private equity group with several German companies and locations. Operational control of German portfolio companies and locations Monthly analysis of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow incl. Deviation analyses, bridges and sound management comments Active cooperation in budget, forecast and short-term planning (month and quarterly forecasts) Construction, maintenance and further development of BI reports, KPI systems and dashboards with focus on operational control and value drivers Close cooperation with site management, operational management and group controlling ⁠Developing a regular business reporting for operational units PMO support for action tracking, business cases, effect logics and implementation monitoring Preparation of decision bases for management, management and private equity investors Ensuring data quality, consistency and transparency across systems, societies and reporting levels

Profile Multiannual professional experience in operational controlling, ideally in a private equity, equity or decentralized group of companies Understanding BI Reporting, KPI Logics and Data Models with Strong Practice and Implementation Focus Experience in Multi-Entity / Multi-Location Controlling Experience in PMO, project controlling or action tracking, with professional leadership Very good system knowledge, in particular:BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.) Lucanet (planning, consolidation, reporting) SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems
