For our region North with locations in Hamburg and Hanover, we are looking for an experienced, team-oriented and pragmatic for Hamburg to support the team Projekttwickler (m/w/d) turnkey housing construction In this function, you will acquire, plan and initiate the realization of housing projects of different size and typology. You perceive the acquisition and coordination function of all planning-relevant areas of a project, from the planning stage to the implementation stage. The close cooperation with the management of project development, project management, business controlling and sales management in a joint project team is the basis of your success.

Own-sponsored acquisition of suitable land as well as procurement and management of a purchase process Control of the project development process from purchase and coordination with all project participants (up to construction permit and sales start as well as up to LPH 4 HOAI) Selection, negotiation and control of the expert planner team Close cooperation with project management and support for project management in matters of execution and design as well as planning and construction law Control of the planning process among the points of feasibility, cost-effectiveness and technical feasibility Guided talks and negotiations with offices, authorities and utilities Exercise of building permits in construction according to higher project strategy Development of building plans and active management of building plan procedures, including development planning in coordination with local authorities, as well as specialist planners and internal departments Creation of cost-effectiveness calculations and scenarios in coordination with the internal areas of expertise, taking into account future-oriented construction techniques, sustainability and social criteria, keyword: ESG Production of sales documents in consultation with other departments and quality assurance of sales documents, creation of MaBV regulations

(university) degree as an economic engineer building/immobility, architect or building engineer, alternative real estate relevant degree with architectural, urban or similar orientation Long-term and practical professional experience in project development, preferably in a building company or project developer Good commercial understanding and organizational talent Interest in developing sustainable, affordable products and high customer orientation Joy and at best also experience with future-oriented topics, such as e.g. sustainable development, serial/ modular design and BIM Safe knowledge of planning and construction law, relevant legislation, basic book topics and construction regulations Regional networking in the real estate market and knowledge of German authorities structures Contract security for purchase contracts, contracts with specialist planners and urban contracts German in word and writing; safe handling of modern IT Team skills, strength of conviction and communication as well as a strong sense of cost and quality
