Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as project manager:in for infrastructure projects (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Schwerin site. Your tasks: You take over the project manager function for the project sections or Project content about the HOAI performance phases 1–9 and is responsible for their quality, budget and timely implementation Initiating and ensuring performance and quality planning, construction, construction monitoring and testing services in your area of responsibility You coordinate the time, cost and risk management, recognise opportunities and risks at an early stage and, together with the project participants, implement suitable measures to achieve targets The focus is on the technical support of the overall project manager through the transparent information about relevant developments, deviations and decision requirements in your area of responsibility Active communication with key stakeholders and project participants, including authorities and the Federal Railway Agency (EBA), will take you and ensure a reliable coordination of all relevant project topics As project manager, you are taxing the contractually bound contractors, accompanying the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services and is responsible for the timely processing of supplementary income You initiate necessary public-law approvals, display of construction measures and technical planning in special cases and coordinate the coordination with authorities and participating third parties The control of the interfaces to neighboring projects and project sections is carried out, in particular with DSTW projects jointly with other organizational units, and ensures a coordinated project implementation

Your profile: You have a successfully completed study/university degree, preferably in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject Experience in project management of complex infrastructure projects as well as in the control of planning, construction and construction monitoring services Your knowledge includes the relevant regulations, processes and requirements for the planning and implementation of railway infrastructure projects and the relevant legal and regulatory requirements When handling cost, appointment and risk management, you are safe and understand how to detect deviations early and initiate appropriate countermeasures Experience in the coordination of contractors, planners, authorities and other project participants You communicate confidently, stand up bindingly and vigorously against different stakeholders and have a good feeling for different interests and choices The professional leadership and guidance of employees as well as the structured cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams are among your strengths An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as awareness of responsibility and resilience complete your profile This is important to us: Our claim is to offer all candidates the same opportunities for entry with us, both with equal suitability.
