Our Capital Projects department is responsible for construction and investment projects throughout Germany. We provide comprehensive services in all relevant structures in the areas of construction and technical building equipment in data centers. In the context of construction measures in stock, we provide everything from one source from planning to execution.

Our core competence lies in real estate with critical infrastructure. We plan, build, build, build, maintain and modernise the technical facilities in the building – and that during operation without downtime.
