Are you ready to start your career as a machine operator (m/w/d) and participate in a dynamic 3-shift operation? We are looking for a dedicated machine operator (m/w/d) for the Buchholz site! As part of our team, you will ensure that everything is running – both technically and organizationally. No boredom, but exciting challenges and opportunities await you!

• You serve and monitor modern machines in the 3-shift system.
• Maintenance and maintenance of the machines will be part of your mission.
• You make sure that production targets are met and the quality is right.
• Self-responsible work and problem solutions are part of this.
• With your innovative mindset, you can make suggestions for improvement.

We are looking for

• Experience as a machine operator (m/w/d), production assistant or in similar professions is of advantage, but no need.
• Technical understanding and joy in machines.
• Ready to work in the 3-layer system.
• Motivation, team spirit and self-responsibility.
• Good communication skills to work with colleagues smoothly.
