As a working student HR Payroll (m/w/d) you are part of the Payroll Services team and get an insight into our processes and the day-to-day business in pay accounting and personnel handling You support us in administrative office activities, such as the digitization of the personal files (including scanning and assigning), preparation of payroll accounting or communication with authorities You are actively involved in projects and thus contribute to the design and optimization of new processes

Student:in with enrollment over the entire employment period Interest in the areas HR / Human resources and personnel billing / Human resources management fun to digitize, a careful, structured and reliable operation, readiness to learn and a high degree of discretion Communication strength as well as a friendly and safe occurrence Availability for 15-20 hours on 2 to 3 days a week (Workplace: Gutenbergstr. 21, 68167 Mannheim & Home Office)
