Are you a nurse and want to develop professionally? Whether you are already part of the SSH Zwickau or want to re-enter our team – with our WGM ascent program, we will prepare you specifically for your future role as a residential management.

An entrance is possible at the earliest from October 2026. You can then enter the program for the start of a quarter.

The structured ascent program accompanies you over two years. After the first year, an evaluation of your previous development progress takes place. In the case of a positive assessment, the programme will continue with you in the second year.

What you expect:

• an activity as a nurse with a minimum working time of 35 hours per week
• Participation in the two-year WGM ascent program parallel to your activity
• Remuneration by payment group 7 of our domestic collective agreement
• ten practical days per quarter for experienced mentors in various institutions and departments of SSH Zwickau

Your future tasks as head of residence:

• Support and perspectively independent activity as residential area manager
• Service and deployment planning, coordination and supervision of the team
• technical guidance and support of employees
• Quality assurance and development in care and care
• Compliance with statutory requirements
• Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation
• active cooperation in the management team

What you should bring:

• completed training with the qualification as a nurse
• professional competence, motivation, sense of responsibility and the courage to go new ways
• readiness for personal and professional development
• desirable, but not compelling: experience as deputy/residential area manager, activity as practical manager/in, additional function in your current area
