The office is located in the real estate finance department within our capital investment department. You bring well-founded experience in real estate financing and want to introduce your expertise in a value-adding environment? Then our team will support stock business to accompany our customers with competence, commitment and a high level of service over the entire duration of their financing.

You will cover our property financing and policy lending activities after payment until the repayment of the loans. You are examining prolongation and policy loan applications as well as preparing credit protocols as a decision template for the competence holder. You take over the creation of prolongation and police loan commitments. You will first and take over the execution of trust orders as part of settlements.

You have completed your vocational training with the Bank Kaufmann (m/w/d) or Bankfachwirt (m/w/d). You have many years of practical experience in real estate financing, focusing on single-family houses and condominiums. You bring well-founded knowledge in securing real estate loans. You also bring a pronounced service readiness and performance orientation. You are strong and resilient. In addition, you have pronounced communicative skills. You understand yourself as a team player.
