Innovation promotion and consulting

As a specialist for innovation promotion and consulting, you are leading this area and are at the same time an important part of our team in the agency. You support the entire innovation process - from idea finding to development to implementation. You work closely with internal and external partners to identify, promote and successfully establish innovative projects. The Innovation Committee will help you. First point of contact: You are the first contact person for people and teams who want to advance innovative projects. You clarify your concerns and support in the preparation and presentation of funding applications. Coordination, advice and support: You coordinate cooperation with internal and external partners and organize needs-oriented consulting, including in the areas of ideation, business canvas, startup coaching. You accompany the initiatives through the entire innovation process. Networking and Presentation: You promote the networking of initiatives with each other and with external partners and present successful projects in suitable forums. Further development of innovative culture: Together with the Innovation Committee, you work to develop an innovation-friendly culture in the Landeskirche.

Education and experience: You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business management, financial services, social sciences) and experience in project work in the startup environment or innovation promotion. Systemic consulting training is advantageous. Competences: You are strong in communication, both in writing and oral, and you can understand complex content. You have the ability to solve your creative problem and create a structured approach in process control. Personal characteristics: You are characterized by high social competence, team skills and the ability to integrate different perspectives. You are open to changes and can inspire and motivate others. You have a positive relationship with the Evangelical Church.
