Completed studies in the field of economics, or comparable training At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable task/activity environment Overarching business understanding within the meaning of the financing and budgeting model and PBN of public customers Multiannual experience in dealing with senior management Multiannual practical experience in contract project and service controlling, ideally including their cooperation Practical experience in project management in various major IT or service projects ideally in the context of public service/federal defence Experience in the care of officials Knowledge and experience in identifying and managing strategic relevance Negotiable appearance and communication skills at the top decision level as well as high solution competence, coupled with strategic thinking German language skills in word such as writing
