Support in the planning and organisation of health actions and events Support in carrying out surveys on employee satisfaction (e.g. Kantinencheck) and health needs Support in the analysis of health data Support in communication and coordination with external service providers and partners Participation in meetings and workshops Support in creating presentations and training materials Working with the communication of health initiatives via internal channels (Energy Portal, Intranet) Organize, plan and coordinate the BEM at the site

Study of health management, social sciences or economics or a comparable study with a focus on health management - alternatively you are in the Gap Year between Bachelor and Master First practical experience through relevant internships or completed commercial vocational training are of advantage, but no need Safe in using MS Office, especially Excel Self-employed and targeted working methods, creativity and a high level of communication and team skills Fun in dealing with people Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
