Electronics Engineer (m/w/d) As the operator of the 400 megawatt offshore wind farm, Global Tech I delivers an important contribution to the energy transition. We coordinate the operation existing since 2015, both from our location in Hamburg and our offshore staff within the wind farm. What you expect from us: At the company's headquarters in Rödingshof in Hamburg's city centre, our company management team is responsible for the general operation of the wind farm, the network management and the maritime and weather observation. From here, communication with the direct marketers and the transmission system operator takes place.

You plan switching operations, implement them and conduct switching talks with technicians on site. You are responsible for maintaining safe working conditions on electrical systems. The operation and remote monitoring of the medium-voltage and high-voltage devices is part of their tasks in layer operation. You take over the maritime radio and the maritime surveillance to track all ship movements within the wind farm and in the surrounding area. With the help of a work permit system (Permit to Work), check and approve work on wind turbines. You create availability forecasts for direct marketing and the grid operator. Technical operating data are monitored, evaluated and analyzed by you. In case of malfunctions, you initiate appropriate emergency measures and document them.

You have successfully completed training in the electrotechnical field or comparable qualifications. Ideally, you have a switching authorization as well as practical experience with switching operations in network operation. You bring the willingness and suitability for flexible use in shiftwork, even on weekends and on holidays. When dealing with MS Office, move safely and routined. You bring good knowledge of English. You bring the willingness to occasional offshore operations.
