Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) - 35 hours/week

This is what your working day looks like:

• Creation of work and intermediate certificates in consultation with the Managers
• Organisation of medical examinations
• Planning and coordination of internal training
• Support for administrative tasks, in particular wages and Income accounting and time recording
• Personal master data and documentation of important processes

That's what you bring:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office merchant (m/w/d), , Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Professional experience as a personnel officer (m/w/d) or comparable positions in theHR range desirable
• Experience in handling time recording systems such as ATOSS, SAP or GFOS are of advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook are happy seen
• Knowledge of labour law and ideally in collective bargaining (ERA TV) desirable
