• You contribute to the fact that our first-class premium coffee always leaves our plant in Hamburg freshly and in perfect product quality. • Together with your team, you implement the requirements from the central quality management and develop the QM processes in the factory. • In addition, you standardize product testing and optimise the QM processes in the factory within the framework of TPM. • In close coordination with technology, manufacturing and engineering, you define the food-friendly construction of production facilities and their optimization - whether HACCP standards or quality reporting. • You secure the processes for complete batch tracking and, if necessary, take appropriate measures to solve them.

• You have a completed study of food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology or a comparable qualification. • In addition, you will bring first leadership experiences as well as fun in employee development. • Your in-depth knowledge lies not only in the food sector (e.g. manufacturing, composition, interactions) and in food microbiology (handling, product safety), but also in national and European laws and their implementation in the food sector. • As an expert in your field, you already have very good knowledge of food production and are motivated to acquire appropriate coffee skills. • Your know-how in the HACCP/Hygienic area is characterized and certification standards and auditing of suppliers are not foreign words for you. • You are team-oriented, possess enforcing ability as well as a safe occurrence and a conscientious way of working. • Conception and analysis strength as well as pleasure in improvement processes such as CVP, LEAN or TPM are your strengths. • The willingness to occasionally travel (also international), good English knowledge and well-founded know-how in QM systems as well as MS Office complete your picture.
