Technician - Maintenance & Repair / (Senior) Equipment Technician (m/f/d)

You are a natural problem-solver who loves mastering complex tools and is passionate about mentoring others and driving continuous improvement. Master the Machinery: Execute advanced preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot complex, high-level equipment issues with minimal engineering guidance. Lead & Inspire: Act as a mentor! Lead junior technicians in daily PM and troubleshooting activities, ensure checklists are flawlessly completed, and coach newcomers to success. Optimize & Innovate: Have an eagle eye for detail? You will identify subtle equipment deviations (e.g., rough movements, worn components), report abnormalities, and help drive process stability. Shape the Standards: Contribute directly to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) demonstrates and basic tool troubleshooting for the against team. Manage Resources: Take ownership of the parts lifecycle—managing scrapped and ensuring our inventory is always sufficient and ready to go. Champion Safety: Identify safety risks, create basic safety SOPs, and provide essential safety training to keep your team secure.

Education: Successfully completed vocational training in an industrial or mechanical field (IHK certified: industrial mechanic, mechatronic or electrician). Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment. Semiconductor industry experience is nice to have. Global Mindset: Practical English skills (Level B1). You must be able to read technical documentation, complete your interview in English, and be excited to travel to Taiwan for a 6 - 9-month comprehensive training program. Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work on 8-hour shift model, which includes nights, weekends, and sometimes public holidays.
