In your role as Quality Manager (m/w/d), you control the implementation of project requirements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Other tasks are: Creation and ongoing revision of quality documentation, processes and control measures in accordance with the project milestones Analysis and negotiation of quality-related project and tender requirements as well as support in the selection of suitable (sub) suppliers Monitoring, analysis and documentation of quality risks, deviations, KPIs and initiation and follow-up of corrective measures Planning and control of all project-related quality resources including audits Creation and management of quality-relevant reports and records, support of customer representatives and participation by employees in meetings, workshops and predictive quality measures visits to workplaces for quality monitoring, on-site support and ensuring the implementation of customer requirements

To support us, you should bring the following features: Technical studies or comparable qualification in quality or project management Professional experience in quality management of complex projects over several phases Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation and resource management of our HVAC projects High analytical capabilities for risk identification, solution development and continuous quality improvement (including NCR management) Knowledge of relevant QM standards and standards as well as experience with audits and QA measures Very good communication and reporting skills flowing German and fluent English skills You don't meet all the requirements?
