Own-responsible creation of precise calculations and offers for varied projects in modern industrial and office buildings in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) as well as in the construction of existing buildings Professional support as well as structured follow-up of offers to ensure a timely and complete follow-up scaling Detailed testing and evaluation of tenders, performance directories and individual customer requirements in the technical facility management Costing of personnel, materials and subcontractors to ensure a high cost-effectiveness Collection, sound evaluation and negotiation of offers from external service providers and suppliers

Technical training as an electrician/electronics engineer/plant mechanic HKLS / SHK plant mechanic / heating engineer or gas and water installer with a further qualification to the technician or master Alternatively, a successfully completed technical study in the field of civil engineering / technical building equipment or facility management Ideally multiannual professional experience in a comparable position of costing, while also dedicated professionals from practice with costing affinity are welcome Good knowledge of RIB iTWO software as well as safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Analytical thinking, an independent, structured way of working as well as a pronounced cost awareness Flowing German knowledge, at least on C1 level
