Head of Furniture Production (m/f/d)

Responsibility for space plus furniture and doors with the 3 areas of machine room, pre-assembly, sliding door production and pattern construction with around 35 employees in 3 team areas Ensuring the reliable, production-side supply of our sales logistics with focus on productivity, timing and quality Regular, structured exchange with employees, e.g. with regard to performance assessment or return from (longer) absences (further)development, introduction and implementation of robust, clocked and priority-controlled processes using Lean Management methods Control of department based on KPIs Close and trusting cooperation with the Managing Director Technik

Graduated technical training with a focus on wood technology, mechanical engineering, production technology, etc. or further training to the technician (m/w/d) Professional and leadership experience in a comparable position in medium-sized enterprises industrial levels Practical experience in the design and implementation of continuous improvement processes (CVP) Technical knowledge (construction, machinery, etc.) and process knowledge in the manufacturing environment Practical experience in the areas of lean management, time and cost management as well as job design (Ergonomics) Embossed hand-on mentality and solution orientation Practical experience in handling modern ERP and MES systems is desirable
