You: plans, conducts and evaluates risk analyses (damage potential & probability of occurrence) and derives appropriate security measures therefrom. advises specialists and customers in the Würth Group on the development, implementation and further development of guidelines, standards, processes and procedures for information security and compliance. develops and is responsible for measuring the effectiveness and compliance of information security measures. carries out security reviews and assessments and supports their follow-up to sustainable implementation. acts as a central internal contact for information security and supports juniors and colleagues through knowledge transfer and coaching. actively participates in the further development of the ISMS and implements best practices and regulatory requirements.

You: has a completed IT degree (e.g. IT security, computer science) or a comparable IT training (e.g. specialist:in system integration) with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in information security. have profound practical experience with established standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, NIST or comparable rules owns relevant certifications, e.g. ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or comparable. safely move in the Microsoft-365 environment and understand security-relevant aspects of modern cloud architectures. work structured, think strategically and can convey complex issues in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner. has very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
