You run a 25-person team from project managers:inside, lecturer:inside and work students in the fields of environmental sustainability, nature protection, soil and waste management, and responsible for personnel planning and personnel and organisational development Your responsibility lies in the technical control and the acquisition of sub-tasks for the project managers: in environmental matters for the associated projects In addition, you can ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulatory requirements for the associated projects in the field of environment in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein by your team You actively participate in the coordination and communication with customers:inside all project concerns At the same time, you coordinate the tasks in the team and ensure a smooth flow of information – both within the team and across the team Furthermore, you actively promote the optimization of workflows, templates, processes and methods in project management and are responsible for the development of knowledge management and transfer within the team and across teams. Your profile:
