Here you can find out more about us! You work in an agile environment with highly motivated people in the team to give our customers a holistic GLS consulting experience. Making supervisory requirements compatible with consulting excellence is our motivation. This makes the team a key point of the entire organization to our investment customers. In this task, you will: Participation consulting with effect: You advise clients in the investment area between 20,000 and 100,000 euros – offerings such as our GLS shares, funds and old-age pension products – and bring money in a targeted social-ecological effect. Designing GLS customer experience: You’re thinking of a case-closing, empathic advice and recognizing further needs that you specifically convey – e.g. on topics such as building savings or more complex participations. Value-based communication: You enthuse people for the work of the GLS Bank, make our special orientation experienceable and explain e.g. our use of resources is authentic and comprehensible. Strengthening knowledge competence: You keep your knowledge of products and offers up to date and thus contribute to excellent and forward-looking advice.

This is ideally brought with you: A banking or insurance training and first professional experience in a bank or insurance company, as well as good knowledge in the field of investment and economic relations Training courses that can be of advantage: ECO investment consultants, further courses at Frankfurt School Your pronounced empathy empowers you to consciously perceive people. You are able to make your communication targeted and adaptable as well as to successfully conduct discussions with appropriate methods and techniques. You are able to build trusted customer relationships, recognize the customer needs and reap them flexibly. You always keep the balance between the interests of the bank and the customers in mind, and you can identify relevant trends with your great market and customer-related expertise and derive potential opportunities from them. The takeover of responsibility and the binding entry of your own position are of course for you. You reflect your own perspective and are ready to develop. You always keep the values and objectives of the GLS community in mind.
