In your 18-month trainee program, we prepare you as a potential provider:in an individual, targeted and professional way, for your demanding work after the trainee program.

As part of the securities business, products, processes and regulatory matters are of particular importance. In this field, attractive and challenging tasks lie in online and store distribution, which we support centrally.

With your skills, you actively contribute and gradually take responsibility for exciting tasks in the Securities Division, such as the professional support of the securities consulting processes, product management depot and securities. Our team enriches your experiences and fresh ideas.

No day like the other - from the conception of professional development of products and systems in close coordination with other specialist units to the coordination of cooperation with internal and external partners. You work with LBBW's strategic and regulatory projects and the Sparkassenfinanzorganisation. You are responsible for implementing technical and sales developments as well as regulatory requirements in cross-departmental projects and projects. You value the exchange with others and encourage knowledge transfer within the LBBW and work in cross-area and departmental projects. So we create new things together and you can further develop.

The basis for your success is a completed study (Bachelor, Master) or a comparable qualification, e.g. a business economist. You have already gained valuable experience through internships or student offices in the securities business, in the project work or in the professional support of sales processes with securities. Securities know-how is desirable. You have analytical & conceptual skills as well as a high level of problem-solving competence and convince with a high level of readiness for learning/change, innovative ability and strong team skills. A high customer orientation and service willingness are yours. In addition, you score with pronounced communicative skills as well as cooperation and negotiation skills. With your creative thinking, a strong will for performance, and affinity for securities business and economic interest, you want to grow and bring the willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics.
