The BLS Group develops a modern, modular multi-benefit platform that is released from an existing structure and developed into a scalable cloud architecture. For this, we are looking for an experienced technical leadership, which works both operationally and builds a strong, cross-functional software and DevOps team. In this role, you take the technical responsibility for central platform components, control sophisticated architecture and development projects and create the basis for a stable, secure and high-performance system landscape. Architecture, implementation and operation of modern platform and software components – focusing on microservices, API‐First approaches and an AWS-based infrastructure In the extraction and modernization of existing systems, you drive the gradual renewal of the existing platform and implement modular, scalable services For reliable delivery, build CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and efficient deployment processes and develop them further A strong, interdisciplinary developer and DevOps team guides, coaches and develops – including recruiting, knowledge building and establishing agile routines Through close coordination with product management, security, IT infrastructure and external partners, you will ensure clear priorities, clean architecture decisions and transparency in progress
