Technical Writer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for compiling, structuring and timely provision of project documentation

Active participation in the selection, design and introduction of a new content management system including the continuous optimization of documentation processes

Creation, maintenance and revision of technical documentation such as operating, installation and maintenance instructions and other technical publications, taking into account relevant standards, guidelines and quality standards

Development, implementation and further development of editorial processes to ensure consistent, understandable and high-quality technical documentation

Coordination and preparation of translation orders and maintenance and further development of technical terminology to ensure uniform communication

structuring, modulating and optimising documentation content to promote efficient reusability and updating of information

Support in the development of documentation-related software solutions and tools to increase efficiency, quality and user-friendliness

Successfully completed studies in the field of technical editorial, technical communication or a comparable field of expertise, alternatively a technical training with corresponding further training

First experience in the technical editorial office, ideally in the machine, plant or industrial sector as well as experience in the production of standard technical documentation

Good knowledge of content management systems, XML-based documentation solutions and ideally with Atlassian products

Ability to prepare complex technical content in a comprehensible, structured and targeted manner and to present it in writing

Self-employed, careful and structured work combined with a high quality awareness and a pronounced self-initiative

Enthusiasm for the analysis, optimization and further development of digital documentation and editorial processes in a technically shaped work environment

Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English in word and writing, complemented by team skills and a pronounced communication strength in the international environment
