We are on the expansion course and are looking for further partners as a task area: Consultancy & Support: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and candidates to understand their individual needs and to offer tailor-made consulting solutions Acquise & Networks: Active search and acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing partnerships through targeted marketing and sales measures Recruiting: Implementation of the entire recruiting process - from the creation of job profiles and publications to the candidate search to interviews and contract negotiations Market analyses: Identification of current market trends and the development of new business areas within the personnel industry Self-management: independent organization and optimization of your daily business in accordance with the standards and guidelines of our franchise system Profile: Experience: Multiannual professional experience in personnel consulting or in the HR field of advantage, but no compelling requirement. Competences: Impressed communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong sense for people and their potentials. Entrepreneurial thinking: High self-motivation, goal-oriented work and a pronounced service orientation.
