General responsibility for the entire field service in Germany (doctors, clinics, pharmacies); central control of the headquarters in Graz Leadership, motivation and further development of regional and team leaders Development of strategies for developing new customers and increasing sales Planning, tracking and optimization of relevant KPIs – continuous exchange with regional leaders Analysis of market data, forecasts, KPI reports and derivation of measures Planning and implementation of external service meetings and other events Interface function for interior services and other departments at the headquarters in Graz Direct reporting to the sales manager

Multiannual professional experience in sales, ideally in the healthcare industry, in the OTC sector or in the pharmacies environment At least five years of experience in managing and developing sales teams Understanding sales processes, KPI control and CRM systems Embossed communication strength and a sovereign, convincing occurrence Strategic thinking combined with pronounced hands-on mentality – you implement what you design High self-responsibility, organisational strength and determination readiness to travel regularly to Germany Excellent knowledge of German as well as excellent knowledge of English
