Treasury Manager Forex Trading and FX Hedging (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Group Treasury team, we are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager for foreign exchange trading and FX-Hedging (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which actively controls Group-wide foreign currency risks and supports the further development of our treasury and risk management processes. Create the future of the Treasury with us and join us here: Own-responsible execution and settlement of foreign exchange transactions (spot, appointment and swap transactions) taking into account market conditions and best execution principles Management of group-wide foreign currency risks including exposure management, development, implementation and further development of hedging strategies and intercompany hedging measures Assessment, monitoring and analysis of foreign exchange positions and hedge transactions including performance and effectiveness analyses Co-design, implementation and documentation of hedge accounting processes for group-wide security relationships in cooperation with accounting and auditors Monitoring and analysis of international currency and financial markets and deriving recommendations for action for group-wide foreign currency management Creation of market analyses, treasury reports and decision templates for the Head of Group Treasury and other decision-makers Responsibility for the continuous optimization of Foreign Exchange Management as well as active participation of international treasury projects, systems and processes Establish and maintain relationships with international banking partners and financial service providers and ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and regulatory requirements

Successfully completed Master or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in treasury, foreign exchange, risk management or financial controlling Experience in dealing with foreign currency risks, hedging instruments, treasury processes and security strategies Experience in dealing with treasury and trading systems, ideally SAP-Treasury, Coupa Treasury, 360T, Infront and Finastra Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as the claim to design and further develop your own area of expertise Safe judgment and the ability to prepare and implement decisions within defined frameworks of competence and risk Impressed communication and consulting skills as well as safe occurrence towards management, international corporations and banking partners Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Do you bring the above requirements as a treasury controller (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – Forex trading & Hedging not yet complete?
