Objectives of the role: Responsibility for the outpatient recipe billing of our products with the health insurance companies Central respondent on prescription processing for health insurance companies, billing centres, customers and other departments Processing and clarification of cost cuts/deliveries Tasks and responsibilities: Preparation of customer health insurance accounts

Responsibility for recipe management and recipe management

Control and clarification of accounts of all prescription customers

Support for customers in clarifications and approvals of costs

Consulting and training of sales staff and customers with regard to outpatient settlement

Support of sales staff and customers in the application of the digital ordering platform (App & Web-Shop)

General requirements: Secure application of current MS Office programs Communication strength in word and writing Structured, careful and independent operation Embossed service idea and high customer orientation Reliability and teamability Good English knowledge of word and writing Specific requirements: Knowledge of relevant accounting rules for established doctors

High awareness of the handling of confidential information

First experiences in handling ERP and CRM systems
