You screen relevant product-related regulations focusing on sustainability, packaging and product safety at European and national level for subsidiaries of the Markant Group. You evaluate the concern of existing and new regulatory requirements. You analyse feasible requirements and measures for the subject area concerned. You work with the interfaces to quality management, purchasing, master data management. You support the cross-disciplinary control of regulatory issues. You accompany the internal knowledge building (e.g. in the EU Packaging Regulation)
You have completed a law degree with German degree and second state exam. You bring together first relevant professional experience in product regulations, compliance, packaging law. You have a thorough understanding of relevant European and national regulatory requirements with a focus on Germany and Austria. You can ideally demonstrate industry experience in the commercial or industrial environment. You are characterized by a pronounced communication capability and analytical thinking capacity. You are able to translate complex regulatory requirements into the organization in a manner that is appropriate to the address. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
