With over 30,000 members, the Hausärztinnen- und Hausärzteverband e.V. is now the largest professional association of established doctors in Germany and Europe. One of the institutions of the Association is the Institute for Medical Training at the Hausärzteverband (IHF), based in Cologne. The IHF develops and organizes structured training for domestic physicians and their practice team. Certified training is characterised by the criteria of practical, evidence-based and product-neutral and are offered nationwide.

In order to strengthen our team of VERAH and MFA-Fortbildungs, we are looking for you at the Cologne site from March 2026 in a fixed-term position for two years in parental leave with a view to an indefinite further employment than

You enter and develop our established educational opportunities for MFA, VERAH and NäPa You plan, organize and run web seminars for MFA independently You support our customer support – in writing and by telephone – with binding and value-assurance communication You accompany national events such as exams and congresses on site You actively work in projects and introduce your ideas

First experience in project management is a plus, but no need A cross entry is expressly welcome – we will accompany you step by step in your new role You work reliably, structured and customer-oriented You can safely inform target groups (internal and external) about project content You can also contribute to marketing materials – both digital and print Ideally, you have already worked with CRM/ERP systems or at least know the basics You are safe in handling MS-Office You don't have to know everything, but want to learn everything
