More than 3,300 employees take care of around 8,300 people per year in the elderly, disabled assistance, hearing-language center, youth assistance and addiction aid. For our children's and youth areas of disabled assistance, we are looking for you in full or part-time at 40-100% in Horgenzell (Haslachmühle). Working hours are in shift service between 6:30 and 20:45 with primarily continuous services.

In our house Waldösch, 8 children and young people aged 5 to 23 live on three separate housing groups. The exciting aspect of our housing groups is the wide range of the different needs of our children and young people. Here, an individual accompaniment coordinated in the team and planned with our specialist services is the basic prerequisite. Our three teams consist of 9-12 colleagues with different professions. Our goal is to increase our teams to create even more individual daily support for our children's young people. The magnification forms primarily continuous service times (in early and late service).
