For our team at NL Nuremberg we are looking for one: IT/TK CONSULTANT SOLUTION (m/w/d) We are looking for a dedicated IT/TK solution specialist who provides technical support, manages complex systems and implements customer-oriented solutions. These include the support of IT and TK infrastructures, the introduction of new products and the processing of requests for modern workplace technologies. After extensive integration, you are fit for your new task and an important part of the SYNO team. Your tasks: • The introduction and support of new products or solutions to our customers in 1st & 2nd level support . • In addition to the installation of hardware and software, problem qualification and the independent development of solution strategies, you will take care of the administration of complex TK systems . • You enter enquiries and leads from demand analysis, supply creation to order and transfer the order tracking within the service delivery process to ensure smooth handling. • The focus of your activity is on SYNO Mobile Device Management (SMAP) and Cloud TK systems as well as topics related to the modern mobile workplace. • You are responsible for the design, planning and implementation of projects . • KPIs and forecasts regularly report to your supervisor.

What you bring: • Professional experience in the ITK environment (IT system electronics, specialist system integration and the like). • A strong technical understanding and deep knowledge of telephone systems, server systems, in particular installation and maintenance are desirable. • Embossed service and customer orientation. • You can express yourself well in German orally and in writing.
