• You prepare IT hardware for onboarding, set profiles, inventory and transfer the devices.

• You can also handle documentation, orders, M365 administration and software deployment (e.g. Powershell scripts).

• You can also configure firewalls, access points, RED devices and set rules as well as NAT settings, check them and document them.

• Inquiries and fault messages are received via telephone, e-mail and ticket system and are working on correcting errors along with the specialist areas of our customers.

• For complex disruptions in the customer infrastructure, you analyze the problems, identify causes and find solutions. In addition, you support experienced employees of our customers in the user support and ensure that our IT solutions run smoothly.

• Completed IT studies or comparable IT training

• Multiannual experience (3+) as IT system administrator:in

• Deep knowledge in at least two of the following areas: AccessPoints, Software Deployment and Exchange.

• Relevant certifications and product-specific specializations M365 and Exchange are of advantage

• Personally, we especially like your detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, your careful and reasonable communication with customers and your willingness to actively support in challenging situations.
