Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of 10 employees in technical property management Optimization and control of the facility management service providers and processes in the technical property management of the German-wide real estate portfolio (own and foreign use – including branch sites, offices) Result-oriented budget planning at object level, capacity planning, personnel promotion and development Quality Compensation Is/Soll according to service levels and creation of cost/benefit analyses Quality assurance to comply with operator obligations and reduce operator risks Ensuring the technical maintenance of the objects and controlling the contractually agreed services, developing maintenance strategies and planning Optimization and development of long-term measures for technical facilities Coordination of tenders and remodeling services and contract negotiations with external service providers Current, direct coordination with commercial property management as well as project management and other internal stakeholders Management of technical projects in coordination with the project management and asset management departments, the specialist areas of LBBW and participating external service companies Creation of regular reporting and documentation

Complete study in the field of building technology, facility/immobility management or construction Comprehensive experience in technical object and building management as well as in facility management Management experience or the aim to take over leadership and responsibility and to develop employees Valuable, promotional guiding style “at eye level” holistic object view (technical to commercial) Structured and analytical thinking skills as well as pronounced problem-solving skills Passion, pragmatism and high target orientation Structured and connected working methods as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action High resilience, high level of self-initiative and quality standards and service orientation Rapid understanding of complex relationships Negotiating skills and enforcement Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications, ideally SAP and CAFM knowledge
