You help transfer the processes of damage processing to the digital world and actively contribute your ideas. As an experienced colleague (m/w/d) in the field of liability and/or property insurance, you know the processes in damage management precisely and use your expertise specifically. Together with the team, you develop innovative solutions for our digital insurance business model – with the aim of inspiring our customers and partners. You create rules, implement methods around the damage process and continuously develop them. You continue to work independently and independently to keep your know-how up-to-date and develop. Working with cross-disciplinary projects You have fun, with you acting as a contact person (m/w/d) and coordinator (m/w/d) between internal departments and external partners. You are happy to pass on your knowledge to new colleagues (m/w/d) and support them in complex questions.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification; ideally complemented by a further education, e.g. as an insurance specialist (m/w/d) or an additional economic qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the damage service for private and/or broker customers. Ideally, you already have experience in project management and could work on projects or develop your own concepts. The work with new technology makes you happy; You can quickly find yourself in digital tools and share your knowledge. You are familiar with the use of artificial intelligence and use it in a targeted manner in compliance with applicable guidelines. You are a real optimiser (m/w/d): Existing processes are undercarriage and improve continuously – unnecessary ballast is replaced by innovative solutions. Independent, targeted work and excellent customer service are of course for you.
