Further development and control of the national and international strategy of occupational retirement provision and the governance model (supply regulations, guidelines, operating arrangements) in close coordination with the Executive Board, Human Resources Management, subsidiaries and relevant interfaces Conception, implementation and monitoring of CTA financing instruments (pensions, part-time, time-to-date accounts), including the analysis of pension obligations, risk management for plan changes and the definition and follow-up of performance indicators Identification and implementation of efficiency potentials in systems, ensuring segment-wide compliance with bAV policies, processes and internal policies, as well as continuous observation, analysis and assessment of market and legal trends Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits, documentation of compliance standards, contact person:in for auditors:inside and controlling external service providers and insurers Development, analysis and optimization of Benefits (including target group-oriented new conception and revision of existing offers) as well as standardization and optimization of time value and age part-time models, tools and processes within all German TKMS companies

Completed studies of business management, financial management, mathematics, law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in occupational retirement provision, pay billing and/or in the Benefit environment, preferably in large industrial enterprises, banks or insurance companies with corporate structures as well as corresponding bAV, pay and benefits systems knowledge of the company pension law as well as employment, tax and insurance law; In addition, comprehensive experience with insurance-related issues and accounting/in accounting Embossed analytical and structured operation and a high degree of detail accuracy High communication and consulting skills as well as strong joy in cross-functional cooperation
