to actively shape and advance the functional roadmap including necessary studies together with your team

Use and expansion of local and global modules within EUV Metrology as well as securing the globally prescribed product architectures in hardware and software

Ensuring process compliance including Documentation for all development activities

regular review of KPIs and based development of improvement measures

Creating demand-oriented cost and resource planning incl. Controlling the corresponding key numbers

Conduct, motivate, judge, control and develop your employees according to the ZEISS leadership principles

very well completed studies in the scientific or engineering field with a focus on physics, technical optics, image processing or optical simulations

relevant professional experience in the development and management of highly complex industrial development projects in the semiconductor industry

proven leadership experience of a larger team (> 8 employees), ideally experience in managing executives

strong knowledge of project management (agile, classic, task force) and strategic vision, ideally with certification (SCRUM, Kanban)

very good communication skills, high enforcement capacity, innovative and structured working methods, and the ability to prepare and present complex facts clearly and structured

Organizational talent, empathy, willingness to design and experience in conflict management

Team skills and fun working in and with global teams
