In the course of further growth, we are looking for a Senior Architect (m/w/d) for a location in the Osnabrück area. In this position, you play a central role in the planning of challenging projects and act as an important contact for builders and project participants. HAPEKO is the first address for professionals and managers in Germany. The focus of the activity is the creation of links between specialists and executives with a professional desire for change and suitable companies. Independent planning and processing of demanding and varied building projects in the performance phases 1–5 Technical contact for contractors, project partners and internal teams Coordination and coordination with specialist planners and project participants Development of economically and technically sophisticated planning solutions Active cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams Disclosure of professional know-how and support in complex issues

Complete study of architecture or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the planning of construction projects (LPH 1–5) Understanding architecture, economic feasibility and cost structures Safe handling of common planning and BIM tools (revitable to request) Good knowledge of relevant standards and planning and construction law Impressed communication strength and safe occurrence in exchange with builders Structured, independent and team-oriented working
