They take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of parts production and ensure the achievement of production targets in terms of quality, costs and timeliness You are planning personnel deployment, promoting the skills and motivation of your employees and continuously developing your team They analyze existing processes and implement optimization measures for efficiency enhancement and quality assurance They accompany the introduction of new production technologies and actively shape the further development of the production landscape They monitor the metrics of the area, derive targets and report regularly to the factory management You are responsible for the maintenance and availability of machinery and equipment in the field They work closely with adjacent areas such as development, quality assurance and purchasing, and work with investment decisions

They have completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering) or a comparable training with further training to the technician or master They bring multi-year leadership experience in parts production or a comparable production area – ideally in the environment of CNC cutting You have experience in dealing with ERP systems and securely employ Lean methods for process optimization They are characterized by communication strength, enforcement ability and entrepreneurial thinking
