Group Controller (m/w/d)

Together, we are looking for a group controller (m/w/d) from the field of controlling or finance, which acts strongly as an advisory savings partner of the main company and in this role is responsible for financial and corporate management within the group of companies.

Your previous experience has been extensively collected in the Intercompany environment, and you will be able to take care of topics proactively. You are also related to economic issues, contract topics and audits.

The position is aimed at personalities with soil adhesion, which can identify to a large extent with a medium-sized corporate culture and have the pleasure of developing an organization in a growth-oriented manner. Consolidation of financial data: Responsibility for bringing together financial reports from all subsidiaries with a comprehensive view of the financial situation of the entire group. Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating budgets and forecasts for the different business areas and the entire group. Financial analysis: implementation of financial analyses and scenarios including evaluation and recommendations for action. Reporting: Providing and interpreting all relevant KPIs for shareholders and stakeholders. Here you receive clear positions, make recommendations open and actively initiate decision-making processes. Risk management: Identification and assessment of financial risks that could influence corporate governance. Intercompany transactions: monitoring and analysis of internal transactions between subsidiaries with ensuring internal policies and legal provisions. Transfer Pricing: Cooperation in the determination and verification of settlement prices for intercompany transactions, including compliance with tax rules.

You have successfully completed their studies in business management with a focus on controlling or a comparable course of studies, or have acquired the necessary expertise and a deep understanding of business relationships on a different path. Multiannual professional experience in controlling, preferred from the Intercompany environment, empower you to this position and their specific challenges both professionally and personally. You have very good knowledge of the application of relevant controlling tools and are familiar with the control of complex financial processes. In dealing with you, you have a modern understanding of communication based on trust, mediation and enforcement. You combine your distinct analytical skills with a pragmatic working style, always overlooking both the whole and the crucial details. Affinity and experience in the field of digitalization of advantage. German knowledge at least C1 level, English communication-proof.
