M&A Consultant Group (m/f/d)

You actively shape the next growth phase of the INFITECH Group and take responsibility in strategically relevant M&A transactions. You check business models, market potentials and financial and commercial assumptions, identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and make clear recommendations. You accompany the M&A process chain – from the identification and assessment of potential targets to the due diligence to the accompaniment of contract negotiations – and increasingly take responsibility depending on the level of experience. As part of the Post-Merger integration, you accompany the commercial integration of acquired companies into the group, coordinate the relevant projects and implement value creation and integration plans. You communicate on all levels – you build a strong network of brokers, entrepreneurs and intermediaries. Inward, you also take responsibility in communication with the Head of M&A of the Funds Finance, the CFO of the INFITECH Group and Hg (Group financial investor).

You have successfully completed a degree in economics, engineering or natural science and brings a strong interest in financial and strategic issues. You have already gained at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the M&A environment – for example in the field of corporate M&A, private equity, investment banking, transaction services or a comparable transaction-related area – and want not only to accompany processes but to actively shape growth. You think entrepreneurial, understand business models quickly and can safely classify financial key figures, market potentials and commercial relationships. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented – and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths. You have very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint; first practical experience in financial modeling and corporate assessment is beneficial. You appear binding and convincing, communicate clearly with different stakeholders and combine analytical strength with real implementation. Negotiating German knowledge on at least C1 level and very good English knowledge complete your profile.
