Number: MER0003NS4 Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. Our team 'Methods and systems start-up management' supervises the methodological tasks and themes for start-up management of passenger car constructions in close coordination with the tanged partner areas. Here, among other things, a module is the start-up control. This plans and coordinates the start-up scenarios of the automobile generations of the future. The holistic planning, coordination and coordination of zero series (=prototype construction) and production tests are carried out at Mercedes-Benz Cars over all new models of the coming years. We are currently developing our new system “DAPS (Digital Start-up Planning System)” in an agile cooperation model. With DAPS, we plan and control the events of the future. As an intern, you have the opportunity to directly support the project management and the Product Owner in the further development of the system, to test and to roll out renewals worldwide into all MBC plants. In addition, there are a number of factory-wide standardization projects in which you can also directly support the project management in the implementation and coordination and thus experience the international start-up control. These challenges include: Insights into international start-up management Support in the development and implementation of a digital start-up planning system Using the optimization and development of new methodological requirements of start-up management Working with the creation of documentation and presentations Coordination of optimizations in the workflows related to Testing and Bugfixing Support for the implementation and follow-up of various project meetings Close exchange with interface areas and the worldwide MBC plants The internship can start from 01.09.2025.
