Project Manager Functional Management (m/w/d)

For the construction of our new warehouse in Homberg Efze, we are looking for an experienced operational project resource that is responsible for building and controlling our logistics processes directly on site. The aim is to transfer and establish proven exporto processes from our existing sites to the new area - including coordination of our service provider, training and operational process control. An exciting pilot project with direct impact on our operational scaling awaits you. You work closely with the project team, our warehouse in Singen/Konstanz, the central operations teams and external service providers. In addition to the initial project period, development opportunities and opportunities within the framework of our large-scale project for centralization to help shape, professionalize and scale logistics infrastructure.

You build the logistics and warehouse processes on site and transfer the best-practice processes of our existing sites (from Singen / Konstanz).

You coordinate the entire day-to-day logistics process: from the acceptance of goods and testing of incoming packages to sorting and their shipping.

You make sure that quality, efficiency and care are guaranteed at any time and are continuously improved - you recognize and solve operational bottlenecks or process deviations at an early stage.

As an on-site presence, you are our central interface and ensure a close exchange with the exporto Operations team, our partners and service providers.

As a central contact person, you take control and communication with our logistics partner on site and are responsible for the training and incorporation of the operating personnel.

Logistics and warehouse management: You bring experience in the operational management of logistics or shipping processes.

Ownership: A high hands-on mentality and implementation strength characterize you – “simply make” instead of “theory manager”.

Project Management: You have already gained experience in implementing projects. Experience in building new locations or process structures is advantageous.

Teamplayer: You have the ability to initiate, edit and motivate colleagues.

Structure and order: You are structured, well organized and put a solution-oriented working on the day - even in stressful situations, you keep calm.

Flexibility: Our business model demands the willingness to work in layers. A correspondingly tempered night shift is not a problem for you.
