Planning the development performance in the project sequence in terms of dates, quality/process maintenance and costs for the (partial) system to be responsible Coordination and commissioning of work contracts for development performance with the other participating project roles Monitoring and control of project progress in terms of dates, quality/process maintenance and costs for the (part-) system to be responsible Identification and assessment of risks in development Planning, monitoring and control of associated mitigation measures and evaluation of effectiveness Definition of requirements and methods for development in the project sequence Coordination and technical guidance of the project team Moderation and coordination of technical solutions and concepts with customer representatives in the responsible project Coordination of (partial) system development with the needs of product management

Higher education in the STEM area or comparable qualification Vocational training as a:r specialist:with long-term professional experience, specialist training and special training or comparable qualification Multi-year professional experience Knowledge of the (partial) system to be implemented and its functioning Skills for the professional management of Workpackage Ownern as part of a project execution Technical evaluation capability for implementing development tasks Technical ability to evaluate the application of business processes in the various development disciplines Structured and independent operation, communication skills and enforcement strength Very good knowledge of German and English Occasionally Worldwide Service Travel
