You process complex questions – across clients, applications, systems and IT services You analyze disorders systematically and keeps you informed about sustainable causes You recognize dependencies between systems and think solutions holistic You accompany technical changes and make sure that these are integrated in a stable manner You actively develop our support structures, documentation and service standards You bring order and clarity into processes and processes You reduce recurring disturbances through better structures, standards and solutions You support building a stable, scalable IT service model You question existing processes and identify structural weaknesses You are actively working on increasing the quality and stability of our IT services You think in solutions that work in the long term and relieve operation

Multiannual experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and/or in service-oriented IT work Knowledge in the Digital Workplace environment (Windows, Microsoft 365, Clients) Experience in structured work and a good understanding of IT processes High service and customer orientation as well as solution-oriented thinking Communication strength and team capacity Experience with ITSM tools or process models (e.g. ITIL) Know-how in areas such as automation and/or reporting To participate in our readiness to call it is necessary that your place of residence within a maximum of approx. 45 minutes drive to the company headquarters in Fürth (ABF-Synergie) Very good German knowledge
