Training & Junior Staff Officer (m/f/d)

Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk, as well as supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. In order to support our team in the Human Resources Development and Care Department, we are looking for you as a specialist training (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Support for vocational training and junior staff programmes Analysis of the requirements and requirements of the branch including Exhibitions and Masters Implementation, implementation and follow-up of processes, measures and training opportunities related to training, dual studies and junior staff programmes elaboration and definition of practical training contents and procedures with the respective departments and trainers Personnel recovery and integration of trainees and junior staff Planning, design and implementation of target group-specific personal marketing activities Expansion of regional networks and active cooperation with schools, universities and other cooperation partners Implementation of recruitment procedures

Completed studies with the focus on personnel, education management, social sciences or successfully completed commercial training as a personnel service businessman/woman or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Long-term professional experience and knowledge in human resources and training and support Extensive knowledge of the relevant legal bases, including BBiG, JArbSchG, ArbZG, TzBfG, MiLoG, Betriebsverfassungsgesetz Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence to perform indoor and outdoor activities readiness to travel within the branch That would be desirable: AEVO certificate or Willingness to acquire this Experience and knowledge as an instructor, instructor or in the instructions or Organisation of training and/or dual students Secure handling of Microsoft Office programs and basic knowledge in SAP HCM Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
