Head of Supply Chain Risk Management (gn) | LkSG (DACH)

Scope: Full time | Unlimited | Start: now | Location: Munich, Heilbronn or Leipzig (hybrid)

The task area

As Head of Supply Chain Risk Management (gn) | LkSG you report directly to the management and are responsible for building and developing a supply chain risk management system.

• Identify and evaluate risks with our suppliers with the support of our IntegrityNext platform. Here you present necessary measures to the management and implement them consistently.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with LkSG and TISAX. You also keep in mind regulatory requirements such as GDPR and EU acts.
• Work closely with our internal departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Improve our internal processes and systems and adapt them continuously to changing framework conditions.
• Work closely with quality management (QM) for internal documentation and the annual report to BAFA. You also support our QM in conducting external and internal audits.

Knowledge and skills

• You have a successfully completed study, training or similar in the field of business management, supply chain management or a related area.
• You have several years of experience in risk management, preferably well-founded knowledge in the field of supply chain care obligations law.
• You have a great understanding of buying-related relationships and the impact of possible decisions that can arise from the results of the due diligence process.
• A high level of commitment and enforcing ability, an analytical approach and communication strength as well as a strong organisational ability.
• You have experience in performing audits and reviews, preferably in the supplier environment.
• You work independently, structured and bring a team-oriented approach.
• Communication with suppliers takes place both in German and in English, so your language skills must be very good.
