Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen Commercial real estate management: You participate in the management of the real estate stock with regard to yield, risk and liquidity, as well as the analysis and calculation of cost-effectiveness calculations, financing and investment models. You will also take on the continuous analysis of the Real Estate (RE) market developments and the generation of action options. But not only that: you accompany the development of operators and business models with a focus on real estate and accompany real estate reviews. RE transactions: The participation in the execution of RE transactions, including due diligence process and contract negotiations, is part of your task package. In addition, you will take over the rental and acquisition of objects that fit the company strategy, emptiness management and marketing as well as re-use of properties that are no longer needed, with a holistic view of the value chain. Active design of working environments in the sense of a “Home of Bosch”: The RE project management at office, manufacturing and logistics locations is done by you. The continuous adaptation of the real estate stock to the requirements of the Bosch business units and external influences (ESG, New Work, Digitization etc.) completes your profile.

Education: completed university studies in the fields of economics, economics, real estate, project development, architecture, economics or civil engineering or a comparable degree programme Experiences and know-how: multi-year commercial RE experience in e.g. fund companies, consulting topics, banks or project developers with investment expertise, especially in the field of RE investments; experience in portfolio management and RE transactions; knowledge of key real estate markets and market mechanisms; Know-how in the national/international real estate assessment Personality and working methods: You stand up confidently, work in the team and bring a strong affinity for numbers; with your strategic and conceptual thinking and your strong entrepreneurial spirit, you always keep the whole thing in mind; not only are you target-oriented and precise, but also in challenging situations Working day: readiness for international travel Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 86,000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
