Head of Maintenance Housing Industry (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a manager of maintenance (w/m/d) housing management in a permanent position.

Our client is a German-wide technical service partner in the housing sector and serves several locations in Germany. In the daily business, maintenance, repairs, maintenance and modernization services for residential buildings are organised and implemented with their own teams and external specialist companies. The aim is to provide high technical availability of stocks with consistent compliance with quality, safety and cost-effectiveness requirements. The organization works with standardized processes, clear performance indicators and close coordination with internal clients.

Do you want to combine operational maintenance with guidance, structure and results? Then, as Head of Maintenance w/m/d, you actively shape processes, standards and team performance and ensure tangible quality in stock

Technical and organizational management of maintenance with responsibility for prioritization, resource planning and on-time implementation Discipline management of employees in the areas of maintenance and damage management including operational control, development and performance feedback Ensuring quality standards through controls, acceptances and follow-up of deficiencies and deriving sustainable technical solutions Budget responsibility with the control of costs, material use and external services as well as analysis of cost drivers and implementation of optimization measures Technical contact for internal contractors, service providers and other interfaces as well as ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations and safety rules

Completed craft training with further training to the master or technician or a comparable qualification with a pronounced technical practice Multiannual professional experience in maintenance, ideally in housing, in technical building or in a service-oriented craft environment Experience in leadership of employees as well as the ability to clearly control, motivate teams and enforce binding standards Safe handling of technical and legal frameworks such as standards, regulations, occupational safety and documentation-relevant requirements Embossed service and result orientation, structured work and sovereign communication with different stakeholders
