Then apply as a team leader for electronic and mechanical maintenance in full time (37 hours/week) at the Waldenburg site. The position is located in the day shift, starting in the morning between 06:00 - 08:00, but requires the willingness to adapt the working hours flexibly to project-related and task-dependent. Their main task is the professional and disciplinary management of the electronic and mechanical maintenance team with currently 8 employees - in close coordination with the management of maintenance. Your area of responsibility is controlled by defined key figures that will help you derive and delegate further measures. In addition, it is your task to continuously develop your team professionally by creating an employee development plan and ensuring its implementation. Ensuring optimal machine availability and the structured analysis of disturbances in the troubleshooting are your key responsibilities. They actively promote the development and implementation of measures to continuously improve processes and processes. The planning and monitoring of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance measures are one of your tasks as well as the testing, adaptation and compliance of maintenance plans. In addition, you are involved in the optimization of the preventive maintenance strategy, including the spare parts management and the spare parts supply. If necessary, you will communicate with suppliers and manufacturers. They coordinate external service providers and are responsible for compliance with regulations and corporate regulations in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection and energy and resource efficiency.

They have completed training as an electronic, mechatronic or industrial mechanic, as well as a further qualification as a technician or master or an engineering degree. Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position - for example as team leader, manager or manager in the field of maintenance of a manufacturing company - is absolutely necessary. Ideally you bring experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of personnel. Candidates who are at the beginning of their career should also apply. Knowledge of electrotechnical regulations, in particular the VDE directives, are required. Experience in the application of the machine directive is advantageous. They have a sound knowledge of various maintenance strategies (corrective, preventive, predictive) and use them routined. Thanks to your strong expertise in the implementation and control of technical improvement projects, you actively contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes. Your knowledge of the 5S method as well as the methodological approaches such as 5W1H, 5-Why, Ishikawa or brainstorming enable you to effectively analyze the causes. They have excellent communication skills. For safety reasons, very good knowledge of German is required; basic knowledge of English is desirable. Good knowledge of MS Office is required, ideally you also have SAP skills.
